John’s gospel is famous for its differences from the other 3 gospels featured in the Christian Testament of the Bible; for what it does include, for what it doesn’t include, as well as who is or is not there. Let’s explore John’s Easter story in comparison to Mathew, Mark and Luke’s versions. And then, we’ll explore a theme that often gets missed, but that has a major impact on John’s account of the Easter event and on it’s readers.
